Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. celery
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 c. pimento
Method
- Mix kraut and sugar; let stand overnight.
- Chop celery, bell pepper and onions together.
- Coarsely grate the carrots and chop the pimento.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in covered jars.
- Refrigerate.
- Makes 2 quarts.
