Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 5 strips bacon
- garlic powder to taste
- favorite meat marinade
Method
- Pound both sides of steak.
- Sprinkle one side with garlic; set aside.
- Cook bacon to the "almost" crisp state.
- Top meat with bacon and roll up jelly roll style.
- Fasten with toothpicks to hold and slice to desired thickness.
- Marinate by package directions. Barbecue to desired doneness, basting with marinade.
- Good hot or cold.
