Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut
Method
- Combine beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Alternate mixture in casserole with sauerkraut.
- Add water until it comes to top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
