Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. medium shell macaroni
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen broccoli, steamed
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • generous amount garlic powder

Method

  • Cook and drain macaroni and steam broccoli.
  • Melt margarine. Add half and half, tomato sauce and cheese.
  • Add macaroni; simmer until cheese is melted.
  • Add steamed broccoli and fresh mushrooms. Serve when mushrooms are heated through.
