- 1/2 pkg. medium shell macaroni
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. fresh or frozen broccoli, steamed
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- generous amount garlic powder
Method
- Cook and drain macaroni and steam broccoli.
- Melt margarine. Add half and half, tomato sauce and cheese.
- Add macaroni; simmer until cheese is melted.
- Add steamed broccoli and fresh mushrooms. Serve when mushrooms are heated through.
