Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 12 sliced olives
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Method

  • Brown beef and onions in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Place beef and onions in slow cooker, add chili, Ro-Tel tomatoes and beans.
  • Stir, cover and cook for 2 hours on high setting.
  • When ready to serve, top with cheese, olives and green onions.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Serves approximately 25.
