Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
- 2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 12 sliced olives
- 4 green onions, sliced
Method
- Brown beef and onions in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
- Place beef and onions in slow cooker, add chili, Ro-Tel tomatoes and beans.
- Stir, cover and cook for 2 hours on high setting.
- When ready to serve, top with cheese, olives and green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Serves approximately 25.
