Ingredients

  • 1 half onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 5 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken drumsticks

Method

  • Cook onion and garlic until soft, with olive oil in pan on med heat
  • Meanwhile, in bowl combine all ingredients and stir
  • In 13x9 baking dish place chicken skin side down and season with salt and pepper
  • Add half of mixture on top of chicken
  • At 400 cook uncovered for a half hour
  • After half hour flip the chicken and add remaining sauce, cook another half hour!
