Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 stick Butter (1/4 Pound), Softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Light Corn Syrup
  • 1-1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4-1/2 cups Oatmeal (regular Or Quick)
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet Or Milk Chocolate)
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees before baking.
  • Put eggs, butter, sugars, baking soda, vanilla, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix well. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&Ms and mix well. Put bowl in refrigerator and chill dough for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Drop dough by measuring tablespoonfuls or cookie scoop 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cookies set on sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  • Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
