Ingredients
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 stick Butter (1/4 Pound), Softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Light Corn Syrup
- 1-1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 4-1/2 cups Oatmeal (regular Or Quick)
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet Or Milk Chocolate)
- 1 cup M&Ms
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees before baking.
- Put eggs, butter, sugars, baking soda, vanilla, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix well. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&Ms and mix well. Put bowl in refrigerator and chill dough for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
- Drop dough by measuring tablespoonfuls or cookie scoop 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cookies set on sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
