Ingredients
- 2 (102 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 12 cup water
- 1 sweet onion
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 dash salt
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
Method
- dice the onion, and dice or crush the garlic,
- simmer in water until onion is translucent.
- add other spices.
- add tomatoes.
- bring to verge of boil.
- turn temp to low.
- simmer for 1-8 hours, stirring every 20-40 minutes.
- enjoy.
