Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Method
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, until well mixed.
- Put mixture in loaf pan.
- Cover with waxed paper and cook at High 15 to 16 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
- Drain off all juice.
- Put meat loaf on serving plate and cover with tomato sauce.
- Serves 6.
