Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Smokey cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • margarine, salt, pepper and paprika

Method

  • Mix cheeses together until well blended.
  • Butter large casserole dish (at least 2 quart).
  • Mix garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in bottom of dish.
  • Place 1/3 of spaghetti in casserole and top with 1/3 of cheeses.
  • Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
  • Dot with margarine.
  • Repeat process 2 more times.
  • Pour milk over cheese and spaghetti.
  • Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Using 2 forks, lift spaghetti from the bottom several times to prevent a crust forming on top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
  • Repeat and bake 15 more minutes.
  • Serves 6.
  • This is excellent to microwave, reducing cooking time but still lifting during the process.
