- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Smokey cheese, grated
- 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 oz. or 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- margarine, salt, pepper and paprika
Method
- Mix cheeses together until well blended.
- Butter large casserole dish (at least 2 quart).
- Mix garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in bottom of dish.
- Place 1/3 of spaghetti in casserole and top with 1/3 of cheeses.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- Dot with margarine.
- Repeat process 2 more times.
- Pour milk over cheese and spaghetti.
- Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Using 2 forks, lift spaghetti from the bottom several times to prevent a crust forming on top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
- Repeat and bake 15 more minutes.
- Serves 6.
- This is excellent to microwave, reducing cooking time but still lifting during the process.
