- 1 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. diced green onions
- 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds or 1 can water chestnuts
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Method
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour into greased baking dish and crumble corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
