Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. jello (any flavor)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add cold water.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.
- Spoon into dessert glasses.
- Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
- Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and fresh or canned fruit, as desired.
