Ingredients
- 1/4 lb ground beef patty
- 1 potato, peeled and sliced into thick fries
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut up
- 1/2 onion, chopped
Method
- Place patty and vegetables on aluminum square large enough to hold and close over vegetables. Splash with worcestershire sauce.Dot with a couple of butter pats. Seal foil over vegetables. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until
- vegetables are done. Serves as many as you like. This can also be used while camping or on the grill.
