Ingredients

  • 5 lb spareribs cut 2-rib pcs
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 dsh warm pepper sauce or possibly
  • 1 dsh liquid smoke flavoring

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Arrange ribs on rack in baking pan.
  • Brown in oven for 15 min on each side.
  • Drain and put in slow cooker.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 10 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hrs.
  • This recipe yields 4 servings.
