Ingredients
- 5 lb spareribs cut 2-rib pcs
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 dsh warm pepper sauce or possibly
- 1 dsh liquid smoke flavoring
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Arrange ribs on rack in baking pan.
- Brown in oven for 15 min on each side.
- Drain and put in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 10 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
