Ingredients

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 2 Packs of Beef Chuck (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sruracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 packages White mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Cornstarch (for thickness)

Method

  • Season meat to your liking and add to the bottom of your crock pot.
  • Cut peppers into cubes, slice onion and add on top of the meat along with mushrooms.
  • Add beef stock.
  • Set on high for 4 hrs.
  • Add cornstarch and stir 30 mins prior to being done to thicken gravy.
