- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 White Onion
- 1 1/2 cup beef stock
- 2 Packs of Beef Chuck (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp sruracha sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 packages White mushrooms
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch (for thickness)
Method
- Season meat to your liking and add to the bottom of your crock pot.
- Cut peppers into cubes, slice onion and add on top of the meat along with mushrooms.
- Add beef stock.
- Set on high for 4 hrs.
- Add cornstarch and stir 30 mins prior to being done to thicken gravy.
