Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 garlic buds, minced
- 3 to 5 lb. chicken wings
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients, whisking together thoroughly in a large bowl. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut wings at joint. Add wings to marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days. Stir a couple of times each day.
- Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place wings in a single layer on sheet. Cook for at least 1 hour at 350°.
