Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 to 3 garlic buds, minced
  • 3 to 5 lb. chicken wings

Method

  • Combine marinade ingredients, whisking together thoroughly in a large bowl. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut wings at joint. Add wings to marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days. Stir a couple of times each day.
  • Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place wings in a single layer on sheet. Cook for at least 1 hour at 350°.
