Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. chicken
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Heat small amount of oil in a large saucepan.
- Fry chicken until brown.
- Drain and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
