Ingredients
- 5 to 6 lb. roast beef
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
Method
- Bake beef roast until partially done.
- Cool.
- Cut in pieces. Put back in sauce.
- Bake in oven a total of about 4 hours.
