Ingredients
- 1 12 ounces sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups fat free skim milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 14 cup 100% strawberry fruit spread
- 14 cup frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
- 4 maraschinio cherries
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine pudding and milk, then beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended (about 1-2 minutes).
- Layer 1/4 cup pudding in each of 4 parfait glasses.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then top each with 1/4 of banana slices, 1/4 of pineapple, 1 tablespoon strawberry fruit spread, and another 1/4 cup pudding.
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately.
