Ingredients

  • 500g frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup jasmine tea leaves (or 5 tea bags)
  • 2 tablespoons (or 2 pieces) of gelatine
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sugar (to taste)

Method

  • 1. make jasmine tea with 1 cup of boiling water. drain it after 5 minutes.
  • 2. desolve the gelatine in hot tea. add sugar.
  • 3. puree the strawberry with 2. and freeze the mixture with ice-cream maker. transfer to container and put in freezer for at least 1 more hour.
  • 4. take out from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
