Ingredients
- 1 1/8 pounds chicken fillet cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste ginger
- 1 cup cream fresh
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups pasta
- 1 pepper cubed
- 1 tomato cubed
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Method
- Boil pasta and set aside
- Mix together chicken and spices. Cook until tender.
- Add fresh cream & sour cream to chicken. Cook for a further 5 min.
- Spread pasta and creamy chicken in a casserole dish.
- Garnish with tomato,pepper and cheese.
- Bake for 15 min until cheese melts
