Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 pounds chicken fillet cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste ginger
  • 1 cup cream fresh
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 pepper cubed
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Method

  • Boil pasta and set aside
  • Mix together chicken and spices. Cook until tender.
  • Add fresh cream & sour cream to chicken. Cook for a further 5 min.
  • Spread pasta and creamy chicken in a casserole dish.
  • Garnish with tomato,pepper and cheese.
  • Bake for 15 min until cheese melts
