Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen in freezer container or bag
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 2 packs Equal or 3/4 tsp. Equal measure
- 1 c. ice cubes
Method
- In blender, combine ingredients except ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time through opening in lid, blending until slushy.
- Makes 4 servings.
