Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Cook sausage until done; spread bread with butter and cube. Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Place bread cubes in bottom.
- Sprinkle crumbled sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
- Pour over baking dish.
- Chill for 5 hours.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
- Can be made before hand and frozen before baking.
