- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter-melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips. More if you like :)
- 1 cup sundea peanut topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large bowl, melt your butter.
- Then add your sugars, vanilla and your egg into the butter and beat.
- Once mixed well, add the peanut butter and beat until smooth..
- Next, in a small bowl, combine your flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Once mixed add to your wet mixture a 1/2 cup at a time.
- After all is combined well, add your chocolate chips and your peanuts.
- Using the 4 tsp of sugar, you'll want to sprinkle a pinch in the bottom of each of your mini muffin tins.
- Place a spoonful of your dough into each tin.
- press down lightly to smooth top.
- Finish off the top with another pinch of sugar..
- Bake your cups for about 12 minutes, or until gold and crispy on top.
- Once removed from oven, let stand for 5 minutes befor removing from tin.
- This allows them to set up for a few.
