Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter-melted
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips. More if you like :)
  • 1 cup sundea peanut topping

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a large bowl, melt your butter.
  • Then add your sugars, vanilla and your egg into the butter and beat.
  • Once mixed well, add the peanut butter and beat until smooth..
  • Next, in a small bowl, combine your flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Once mixed add to your wet mixture a 1/2 cup at a time.
  • After all is combined well, add your chocolate chips and your peanuts.
  • Using the 4 tsp of sugar, you'll want to sprinkle a pinch in the bottom of each of your mini muffin tins.
  • Place a spoonful of your dough into each tin.
  • press down lightly to smooth top.
  • Finish off the top with another pinch of sugar..
  • Bake your cups for about 12 minutes, or until gold and crispy on top.
  • Once removed from oven, let stand for 5 minutes befor removing from tin.
  • This allows them to set up for a few.
