Ingredients
- 4 bananas frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- peanuts to taste
Method
- Cut 4 very ripe bananas and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.
- Place the frozen bananas in the food processor or blender. Use the metal blade in the food processor. Turn on the pulse button, and leave on until the bananas become creamy.
- Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, or chocolate/chocolate chips, and stir some more.
- To serve, garnish with peanuts.
