Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. trout or bass fillets
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- garlic salt
- black pepper
Method
- Melt butter in shallow pan.
- Mix in lemon juice.
- Dip fish in butter mixture and lay in single layer in pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Bake about 10 minutes in a hot oven basting several times.
- Finish by putting pan under broiler until fish browns slightly but is not too dry, about 5 minutes.
