Ingredients
- baked potatoes
- salt and pepper
- butter
- milk
- grated cheese
Method
- Bake clean potatoes until done.
- Cut in half and cool. (Baking potatoes work best.)
- Dip out potato, leaving a shell. Cream scooped out potato with salt, pepper, butter, milk and grated cheese to taste.
- Spoon back into shell; sprinkle top with more grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° until cheese melts and potato is hot through.
- Serve hot.
