Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 small or medium onion
- 1 regular can tomato soup
Method
- Dice onions.
- Mix with hamburger and brown.
- Peel potatoes and slice as if to fry.
- Open can of tomato soup.
- After the hamburger and onions are brown, in a casserole dish put one layer of hamburger.
- Put one layer of potatoes and a teaspoon of tomato soup over the top of the potatoes.
- Repeat layers, ending with tomato soup.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 300° and bake until potatoes are done, 30 to 45 minutes.
