Ingredients
- 100 grams Rice flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Honey (or sugar)
- 70 ml Milk
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 Powdered sugar (to finish)
Method
- Put the eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Add the honey and milk and mix with a whisk.
- Add the rice flour and baking powder to the mixture from Step 1 and mix again.
- Add the melted butter to the mixture from Step 2 and mix.
- Pour the doughnut batter from Step 3 into a pan greased with butter or oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
- After they cool off, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
