Ingredients

  • 100 grams Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or sugar)
  • 70 ml Milk
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 1 Powdered sugar (to finish)

Method

  • Put the eggs into a bowl and beat.
  • Add the honey and milk and mix with a whisk.
  • Add the rice flour and baking powder to the mixture from Step 1 and mix again.
  • Add the melted butter to the mixture from Step 2 and mix.
  • Pour the doughnut batter from Step 3 into a pan greased with butter or oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
  • After they cool off, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
