Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- vanilla wafers
- pie filling (your choice)
Method
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs; beat again.
- Put cupcake papers into cupcake pan.
- Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper.
- Top with large tablespoon of filling.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
- Cool.
- Top each cheesecake with the pie filling of your choice.
- Chill completely.
