Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 Oz. Can) Crushed Pineapple, Juice And All
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Cinnamon, For Sprinkling On Top
  • Butter, For Dotting On Top

Method

  • Mix the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and vanilla together. Pour into a greased casserole dish. (A 2-quart casserole or 8x8 pan works great.) Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake without a lid at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
