Ingredients
- 1 can (20 Oz. Can) Crushed Pineapple, Juice And All
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Cinnamon, For Sprinkling On Top
- Butter, For Dotting On Top
Method
- Mix the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and vanilla together. Pour into a greased casserole dish. (A 2-quart casserole or 8x8 pan works great.) Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake without a lid at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
