Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1/4 lb. stick butter
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix.
- Add pineapple; fold in bread gently.
- Bake in 2-quart casserole for 60 minutes at 350°.
