Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success rice
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Hormel chili (with or without beans)
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Method

  • Cook Success rice according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In large saucepan, combine Hormel chili, water, onions, green chilies, seasonings and rice.
  • Heat.
  • Turn into serving bowl and top with shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, diced avocado, corn chips, diced onions, sliced olives, sour cream, chopped green or red pepper (as desired).
  • Serves 3 to 4.
