Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla.
- Mix well with 2 1/2 cups flour.
- Using heaping teaspoonful of dough; roll dough into balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Make thumbprint in center of each and fill with raspberry, strawberry or apricot jam.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for approximately 20 minutes or until light golden color.
