Ingredients

  • 12 cup fine dry breadcrumb
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 lbs boneless chicken breasts or 4 lbs pork chops
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon paprika

Method

  • Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cheese, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Roll the chicken or chops in crumb mixture.
  • Arrange in 15x10 inch pan, Skin side down.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Turn the meat.
  • Bake 20 minutes more.
  • Blend soup and milk.
  • Pour over meat.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes more.
