Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. milk or buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt. In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, oil, milk and vanilla.
- Add to the flour mixture until combines.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour into greased bread pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
