Ingredients
- 1 - 5 lb. bag potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook potatoes.
- Mash and mix all ingredients (can be made the night before).
- Bake at 350° for 45 -60 minutes till heated through.
- Leftovers will last up to two weeks.
- However, they won't be around that long.
- Delicious!
