Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small bag sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Method

  • Preheat oven at 400°.
  • Cook macaroni until done, drain and pour into an oblong baking dish.
  • Top with sliced Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle with sharp Cheddar cheese.
  • Mix egg and milk in glass and beat well.
  • Pour over cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Pour melted butter over top.
  • Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
