Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni noodles
- 1 small box Velveeta cheese
- 1 small bag sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Preheat oven at 400°.
- Cook macaroni until done, drain and pour into an oblong baking dish.
- Top with sliced Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle with sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Mix egg and milk in glass and beat well.
- Pour over cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
