Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
  • 3 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
  • 12 racks pork spareribs Safeway 1 lb For $2.88 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 cup barbecue rub seasoning

Method

  • Cook barbecue sauces, sugar, honey and crushed pepper in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.
  • (Do not exceed 160 degrees F.) Cool.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Place ribs, bone-sides down, in single layer in full-size hotel pans.
  • Rub 1 Tbsp.
  • (15 mL) seasoning onto each rack; brush each rack with 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake in 200 degrees F standard oven 2 hours.
  • Brush each rack with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the remaining sauce.
  • Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done and meat is very tender.
