Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup French dressing
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 18 soda crackers, crushed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup water

Method

  • Mix well the hamburger, egg, onion, dressing, ketchup, crackers, salt and pepper.
  • Make into balls then flatten and place in greased, 9x13" baking dish pan.
  • Combine soup and water and mix well then pour over hamburger balls.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
