Ingredients

  • 2 takeout side orders of garlic bread
  • .67 c. Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 bag romaine salad mix
  • 2 takeout orders of garlic-grilled shrimp
  • 13 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan.
  • Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix.
  • Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
