Ingredients
- 1/2 x Ready-to-eat ham (about 4lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. Whole cloves
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Onion, sliced in rings
Method
- Score ham fat and stud with cloves; place on rack in pressure cooker.
- Combine water and sugar, pour over ham.
- Add in onions, Close cover securely.
- Cookk 20 min.
- Let pressure drop of its own accord.
- Serve ham warm or possibly cool.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
