Ingredients
- 3 ladles worth Leftover Hayashi sauce (you can also use readymade sauce)
- 2 rice bowls worth Hot cooked rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 desired amount Cheese for melting
- 1 Butter
Method
- Warm leftover Hayashi sauce and mix with warm rice.
- Put in a heat-proof container greased with butter and make a dent in the middle.
- Put cheese around the dent and break the egg into the dent.
- Bake in a toaster oven.
- When cheese is browned it's ready to serve.
- It's difficult to tell from the photograph, but the soft cooked egg is very creamy.
- I personally recommend using a lot of mozzarella cheese.
