Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (20 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Method
- Combine all ingredients in order given, mixing well; do not beat.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until brown.
