Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can chicken chunks
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
Method
- Cook squash and drain. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Add mushroom soup, onion and chicken to drained squash, then add 1/2 stuffing mix. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake in a 350° oven for about 35 minutes.
