Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked corn (fresh or canned)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Melt butter. Add flour, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and slowly add milk.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in corn, egg and cheese.
- Pour into ungreased casserole.
- Bake in a 350° oven, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
