Ingredients
- 6 whole chicken breasts
- 1 c. French onion soup
- 1 c. chicken soup or broth
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Fry chicken in flour or cook in water until you can pull meat off the bones.
- Line deep casserole with chicken.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. If dry, add water.
- Cover casserole with foil.
- Serves 6 to 8.
