Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. regular rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown the chicken
- in
- butter or margarine.
- Remove the chicken and add the onion
- and
- rice to the pan;
- brown, stirring. Add the soups,
- carrots
- and
- frozen
- peas.
- Salt
- and pepper to taste.
- Put the
- chicken
- in a baking dish and cover with soup mixture.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
