Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 left over chicken keema
  • 1/3 cabbage chopped
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 onion sliced

Method

  • Cut the burger buns horizontally into half.
  • Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on both the sides of the bun.
  • Place the sliced cabbage, tomato and onions over the bun.
  • Place the chicken keema over the top, put in the oven and heat it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Optional: spinach, lettuce and cucumbers can be used as preferred.
