Ingredients
- 15 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 to 21 oz.) can pie filling (any flavor)
Method
- Line 15 cupcake pans with cupcake liners.
- Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
